I have decided I am not getting on the roller coaster this month. For the time being I am trying to keep my feet firmly on the ground.
Just to keep everyone up-to-date:
As for the rumors last week, the package that was rumored to be carrying referrals did not have any. Some agencies believe that a package may arrive early this week and some are saying they won't be here until mid-May.
China will go on holiday starting May 1, but they did work over the weekend and on Monday. So, it is quite possible that they could get referrals out in the mail before they shut down for the week. But there is also a possibility that they were unable to turn around another set of referrals in such a short period of time and will do so after they return.
As always time will soon tell. Until then, we are waiting patiently...and oddly enough...quite calmly.
Our blog started as a way to allow our friends and family to follow our journey to adopt our daughter from China. Isabel is now home with us and we love that we are a family of three. In fact, we have been so busy having fun with Isabel that we have not kept our blog up to date...but it is time to dust off the keyboard, as we invite you to follow us on our second journey to China. Soon we will become three and a highchair!
